We are currently looking for a passionate and versatile Video Editor / Filmmaker to join our content production team.
This person will work closely with our directors, producers, and creative team to bring projects to life, from the first media transfer to the final export. We’re looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, autonomous, and motivated by storytelling.
What You’ll Do
Participate in documentary and outdoor film productions;
Respect and elevate the creative vision of each project until final delivery;
Support directors throughout the post-production workflow;
Assemble and organize footage for offline editing;
Create polished online edits with graphics and finishing elements;
Handle exports, compressions, and delivery formats for multiple platforms;
Organize, archive, and maintain photo, video, and audio media;
Collaborate with the creative team on storytelling, pacing, and visual direction;
What We’re Looking For
3 to 5 years of experience in video editing or filmmaking;
Strong storytelling instincts and visual sensitivity;
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro;
Knowledge of colour grading and audio mixing;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines;
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively;
Interest in the outdoors, fly fishing, hunting, or conservation is a strong asset.
