Canada and USA

Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days for Canada and 4-7 business days for the United States. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 2 business days following the day you place an order. Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $149 CAD. You also have the option to pick up your order at our Hooké store. This option is offered free of charge and customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be pick up.

Free Shipping Details

Carrier and Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered free of charge by the carrier of our choice within an estimated2 to 7 business days after shipment.

Remote Areas: Please note that an additional delay is possible for delivery to remote areas.

Responsibility for Transit Times: The delivery times displayed on the payment page are provided directly by the carriers. We are not responsible for these delays once the package has been taken into custody.

Shipping Time: We prepare and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Subsequently, only the carrier is responsible for respecting the delivery timeframe.

Due to recent regulatory changes, shipments to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. As these regulations are evolving, Hooké cannot provide definitive information regarding the applicability or amount of such fees. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other import-related charges assessed by U.S. customs authorities. Hooké assumes no responsibility or liability for these costs.

International Shipping

Regarding international shipping, typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience custom delays of several weeks. Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 2 business days following the day you place an order. The international shipping costs will be calculated according to weight, sizes and destinations.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Hooké is not responsible for any delay that occurred after the order was shipped.
  • For Express deliveries, in order to receive the order the next day, the order has to be placed before 13h00 and we are not responsible of any delay that occurred after the order was shipped.
  • International orders may be subjected to taxes or customs duties. Please note that fees associated with purchases come within the responsibility of the customer at all times.
