Born from the meeting of Hooké’s adventurous spirit and Bastien’s Indigenous craftsmanship, the Tia’m celebrates the deep connection between nature, hunting, and transmission. Developed during the filming of Steward of the Land, which follows a moose hunt alongside the Mi’kmaq of Newfoundland and Labrador, this moccasin carries a story of respect and circularity.
Full description
Crafted from locally tanned moose hide, the Tia’m meaning “moose” in the Mi’kmaq language, embodies the balance between tradition and sustainability. Its crepe sole, moulded from 100% natural rubber, offers flexible and authentic grip. The leather, soft and breathable, naturally shapes to the foot in no time, providing comfort that moves in harmony with the earth. More than a moccasin, it is a living tribute to the sacred relationship between human, animal, and land.

Beau produit, le cuir d'orignal est très doux, vraiment une très belle idée de réutiliser les peaux pour les mettre en valeur. Content d'encourager une telle collaboration.
